Yoga for Golfers/Athletes

Monday evenings at 9:00p - 10:00p
Wednesday evenings at
6:00p - 7:00p and 9:00p - 10:00p
Thursday evenings at 7:45 - 8:45p


This is a Specialty class
designed for Golfers in mind.
No experience with yoga necessary.

This class addresses body issues specific to golfers such as posture,
balance, rotation, knee and lower back problems, flexibility in hips
and shoulders. Yoga
relieves chronic tension and reconditions
your body so that it
releases stubborn body and mind patterns
that keep you from realizing your full potential.

What this class can do for you:
• improve your degree of Rotation, Flexibility,
Focus and Concentration
• develop your sense of
Balance, Posture and Centre
• work on improving your
Core and Overall Flexibility
• compliment your performance-enhancing routine!

This class is great for any athlete of any sport who wants to improve
their game.

Yoga for Golfers is a pre-registered class and must have a minimum
amount of participants to run.
These classes are scheduled to run for 10 weeks starting beginning of February.
Must pre-register. Call or email.

Private sessions available ($75+gst/session)
Also Available as Semi-private (up to 4 people) training.
