Sizzling Summer Sessions 2010
Pre-Registered Class Calendar -- Starts July 05
Must sign up for the classes you are interested in.
All classes need registration. To register send an email to christineu@tcn.net, or call with the class(es), class time(s) and day(s) that you want to attend.
If you are NEW to the studio please make sure that you drop off your payment at least 3 days before class sessions begin.
If you are NEW to the studio you can try out a class for 12.50 from Sun. Jun 6 to Sun. July 4.

All classes below are potentially running in the summer.
Each must have a minimum number of registered participants to run the class.

You may join at any time if the class is running so please sign up to ensure the class runs.

6:45pm – 8:15pm Ashtanga Full Series (Intermediate Ashtanga)
8:30pm – 9:30pm Pranayoga (Basic Beginners)

7:00pm – 8:30pm Meditation - Divine Heart Process (All levels welcome. (once monthly, please call or email)
Beginners - start here. 45min - 1hr
Basic Beginners – a class which recognizes people who are active, but don’t know yoga well. 45min - 1hr
Beginner/Basic - a class which welcomes all levels including beginners. 45min - 1hr
Basic - all levels class which focuses on instruction and investigation in postures. 1hr
Basic/Intermediate – a little instruction, a lot of movement. 1. 25hr
Intermediate – no instruction, a lot of movement. Moving through known and more complex postures. 1.5hr
Terms and Conditions for all Class Sessions
• All class passes have expiry dates. Please refer to Fees page.
• All classes are multi-week sessions (see above). Please register by session.
• Please register for classes 48 hrs prior to start of session. Please call first.
• Register at studio. Call first or drop off payment in envelope; specify class you are
registering for with name, phone number and email.
• Payment due upon registration.
• You may purchase more than one session at a time. (see Fees)
• You must make up missed classes within the running session.
• Refunds are pro-rated and subject to $25 cancelation fee.
• You may attend other classes by buying another session or come and
pay the ‘drop-in’ fee (see Fees)
• If you do not buy a session, you may ‘drop-in’ to any class during the week provided
that
it is running. Please check class calendar.
• Classes and Yoga U courses are subject to change or cancelation if minimum numbers not met.
• We accept cash or cheque, payable to: Shama-Bhakti Yoga Centre.
