Green - class running : Blue - registration for sessions only : Red - specialty, at least 48 hr. advance registration req.

Beginner/Basic - a class for Beginners which welcomes all levels. 1hr
Basic Beginners - a class which recognizes people who are active, but don't know yoga well. 45min - 1hr
Basic - all levels class which focuses on instruction and investigation in postures. 1hr
Basic/Intermediate - a little instruction, a lot of movement. 1. 25hr
Intermediate  - no instruction, a lot of movement. Moving through known and more complex postures. 1.5hr
All Levels  - all welcome
